Cash On Delivery (COD) Policy
You place an order on the website and enter your address during checkout.
Since we ship through courier companies, we can only provide cash on delivery in limited areas.
If cash on delivery is available in your area, you will see the option to pay via Cash on Delivery in payment methods. If Cash on Delivery is not available in your area, you can still proceed with your order by paying via credit card/ debit card/ Net banking/EMI and more available payment options.
After you place an order, our customer service representative will call you within the next 24-48 hours to confirm your order. Please make sure you answer the call and confirm the order.
You have to pay 10% Advance of the total order amount to us as a partial payment and 90% order amount at the time of delivery (COD). It is taken because some customer orders in COD. But, they didn’t accept or cancel the order at the time of delivery.

We confirm your COD order, once the advance payment is done and process your order. Maximum Cash to be paid on delivery is Rs. 50,000/-, available on limited pin codes only.
Your order will now be processed and you will receive the tracking number and the courier’s name as soon as it is shipped. You can track the shipment and make sure it is received by you.
At the time of delivery, only when you hand over the cash to the delivery person will the package be handed over to you. Please note that the courier companies do not allow you to open the package at the time of delivery.
In case the shipment is not accepted, you will no longer be eligible to avail cash on delivery facility on our website.
