How the Service Works
When you place an order with Boomdeal, our trained representative brings your product directly to your location or the nearest metro station. Once delivered, you’ll receive a confirmation call, and the representative will wait 5 to 10 minuteswhile you open, inspect, and confirm the product before making payment. No advance charges, no partial COD fees — you pay only after you’re satisfied with what you see.
What Makes This Different
Most COD options still require full or partial upfront payment, and sealed items can typically only be verified after the order is placed. Boomdeal’s Open Box COD closes that gap — you get to open the product right in front of the delivery representative, check its quality, packaging, and completeness, and only then finalize the payment.
Important note: Items with the manufacturer’s seal can only be verified after payment is made — this is a standard brand warranty policy and not something Boomdeal controls.

- Coverage Area: Selected pin codes and metro station locations within Delhi NCR only
- Minimum Order Value: ₹10,000
- Availability: Currently a beta feature, available only on select products
- Customers outside Delhi NCR can choose “Online Payment” or standard “Cash on Delivery” (requires full or partial upfront payment)
