Damaged, Wrong/Missing items:
Returns for missing items, damaged product, or wrong product will not be accepted if it is an Open Box Delivery order.
If the order is not an Open Box Delivery order, please reach out to BOOMDEAL.IN customer support only in case of missing items, damaged/wrong product within 7 days of delivery
For products requiring installation, returns shall be eligible only when such products are installed by the BOOMDEAL.IN / brand authorized personnel.
