✔️ COD service is available for select PIN codes based on courier coverage.
✔️ A 10% advance payment of the total order value is mandatory to confirm COD orders.
✔️ The remaining 90% of the order amount is payable at the time of delivery.

🚫 COD Restrictions

❌ COD may not be available for certain high-value, bulky, or special-category products.
❌ If a COD order contains ineligible items, the order may be automatically cancelled or converted to a prepaid order.

💰 Why is a 10% Advance Payment Required?

🔹 It reduces losses caused by order refusals, fake orders, and last-minute cancellations.
🔹 The 10% advance is adjusted against the total order value and is not an additional charge.

📞 Order Confirmation & Fraud Prevention

📢 All COD orders are subject to manual verification.
📞 Our team may contact customers up to 3 times for order confirmation.
🚫 If there is no response after 3 contact attempts, the order may be cancelled and marked as unconfirmed.
❌ Repeated non-acceptance or refusal of COD orders may result in COD privileges being restricted for future purchases.
