When a customer orders something from our website using “Cash On Delivery” payment method we charge some advance payment that varies from product to product.
We operate on very thin profit margins to keep the prices of our products as low as possible but we need some profits to run our business operations so, we charge this fee to prevent the issue of “False orders” and “Rejection at the time of delivery”. This helps us to minimise unexpected loses and cover the packaging and shipping charges of the respective order.
