Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only for:

Replacement Eligibility

Pickup & Replacement Process

Approved replacement requests will be picked up from the customer’s address whenever service is available.

In some locations, customers may be required to self-ship the product.

Replacement product will be dispatched after successful quality inspection of the returned item.
Replacement Is Not Applicable
Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

Request submitted after 7 days of delivery.

Product damaged due to misuse, negligence, liquid damage, electrical surge, or accidental damage.

Product has been installed, altered, or repaired by unauthorized persons.

Missing accessories, manuals, warranty cards, labels, or original packaging.

Serial number, IMEI, or barcode is removed or tampered with.

Physical damage reported after 24 hours of delivery.

Return & Refund Policy
7-Day Return Guarantee
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery only if:

Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever occurs first.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped from our warehouse.
Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway charges, EMI processing fees, convenience fees, and financial service charges are non-refundable in case of order cancellation.
Damaged Package Policy
If the outer package appears damaged, torn, tampered, or opened:

Mention the damage on the courier Proof of Delivery (POD).

Record an uninterrupted unboxing video.
