7-Days Replacement Policy
A. Damaged/Different Product Delivered
Please raise a replacement request by visiting the return section.
Customers are required to record an unboxing video of the package for claim verification. In case of any transit damage or different product delivered, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video captured at the time of opening the parcel. This is mandatory to enable insurance claims with courier partners.

Though highly unlikely, but in case of any technical issues with the product the customer needs to visit nearest brand service centre for assistance, as our products are covered under brand warranty.
If the brand denies the warranty (within the promised warranty period), a replacement will be issued from our end.
